Shipping Policy

  1. Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
  2. Shipping Charges:
    • Free shipping for orders above ₹1000.
    • Standard shipping charges apply for orders below the minimum limit.
  3. Delivery Time:
    • Metro Cities: 3-5 business days.
    • Other Cities/Towns: 5-7 business days.
    • Remote Locations: 7-10 business days.
  4. Courier Partners: We ship via trusted courier services such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, and other reliable partners.
  5. Order Tracking: Customers will receive a tracking number via email/SMS once the order is dispatched.
  6. Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for select locations with additional charges.
  7. Special Shipping Requests:

  8. International Shipping: Currently, we only ship within India.

Return & Exchange Policy

  1. Eligibility for Return/Exchange:
    • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
    • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags intact.
    • Items purchased on sale or clearance may not be eligible for return.

  2. Non-Returnable Items:
    • Opened, used, or damaged items (unless received as defective).
    • Customized or personalized toys.
  3. Return Process:
    • Customers must email customer support with order details and images of the product.
    • Once approved, a pickup will be scheduled, or the customer may need to self-ship.
  4. Refund Process:
    • Refunds are issued within 2 business days for prepaid orders and within 7 days for COD orders after quality inspection.
    • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (excluding COD charges).
  5. Exchange Policy:
    • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
    • If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be provided.
  6. Damaged or Incorrect Products:
    • If a defective or incorrect product is received, the company will cover the return shipping costs.
  7. Order Cancellation:
    • Cancellation requests must be made before the product is dispatched.
    • If the order has already been shipped, shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.
